Table activities: include but not limited to the following: Coloring, drawing, play dough, Puzzles, beads, manipulative, books, pegboards, folder games, games, magnetic, flash cards, and many others.
Kids Choice Activities: legos, Lincoln logs, Blocks, cars, trains and planes, tumbling, dancing, dolls, Barbie’s, Polly pockets, my little pony, pet shops, Dramatic play, puppets, Kitchen with play food, any of the table activities, musical instruments , any of the shelf activities and toys, dress up, animals/dinosaurs, Mr. Potato head, crafts, and many, many more.
Outdoor Activities: climbing, sliding, running, tumbling, balls, Large balls, bikes, teeter totter, play structure, swings, fort, Hula hoops, water table, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, going for walks, going to the park, tunnels, exploring nature, painting, sprinklers, water slide, Games like Simon says, follow the leader, hide and seek, ring around the rosy, parachute, basketball, wall ball, play camping, arts and crafts, messy science projects, and anything else we can think of doing that’s fun!!!
For ages 24 months and younger : we work to help develop small and large motor skills by reaching, grasping, rolling, sitting, crawling and standing, walking, climbing, throwing, catching, kicking, cooing and talking. We read lots of books and play with many age appropriate toys. Which ever developmental stage your child is at the time. Infants and toddlers learn through play so we will utilize the following: Books, shapes, colors, flash cards, stacking blocks, puppets, and many toys that are age appropriate.
